We are a walk-in, first-come, first-served operation; no appointment needed.
Following a well-proven process, we can prepare your tax return(s) in an accurate and timely fashion. We operate like an assembly line building an automobile. The process can take a few hours but because we are located in the mall, there are plenty of places to visit or eat. We have your phone number and will call you if you leave the waiting area.
What can you expect when you arrive?
- Each taxpayer completes the forms necessary to get your return done accurately. They are available at the kiosk outside of our office. A greeter is available to help you select the correct forms.
- Once you have completed the forms your next visit is with a facilitator who will sort and assemble your paperwork. Your envelope is placed in a queue for the tax preparer.
- A tax preparer will call you to come in as they prepare the return.
- After the return is prepared, it will be put in a rack to be reviewed.
- A reviewer will double check your return and call you in for the final review. Once you and the reviewer are satisfied, the reviewer will print your copy of the return and have you or your legal representative sign it. You wll be given the envelope containing your signed return and ALL of your paperwork.
- All returns are electronically filed the evening they are completed.
